Some places just put you at ease right away. That is honestly how I felt the first time I walked into this three bedroom apartment at Park Point in Dubai Hills Estate. Sometimes you go into a city flat and it all feels a bit boxed in but here the way light pours through those big windows is different. I remember stepping inside and just standing for a minute letting the sun warm the whole space. It really does change the mood and you can feel it all through the day.
You will notice quickly that the layout just works. Not too sprawling and not squeezed for space either. Every bit of the one thousand five hundred ninety nine square foot apartment is used just right. The living area is one of those relaxed open spaces that makes you want to sit back with a coffee or invite friends over for a lazy Saturday. There is a natural flow through to the kitchen and I have to say this kitchen does not just look good it feels practical too. Sleek counters plenty of storage and when you are standing by the sink you catch these calming views of Dubai Hills Estate greenery that make you want to cook something nice rather than just order delivery.
The finishes inside the apartment are actually pretty understated but it works. Whites and soft hues all around which just makes the place easy to make your own. You do not get overwhelmed with too much going on. It all comes together quietly stylish and it is the kind of style you only really appreciate after spending some time there. The main bedroom is genuinely special. The floor to ceiling windows stretch right up so you wake up with sunlight filling the room. At first I thought that might be too much but honestly it just feels right. You do not feel cooped up and if you are anything like me you might end up lingering in bed a bit longer especially on those slower weekend mornings.
The two other bedrooms both have that same soft light drifting in and enough space for whatever you need. Maybe for the children or for guests or even converting one to a home office if you have work from home days. I actually sat in the second bedroom for a bit with the window cracked open and the breeze was fresh. That is not something you get everywhere in Dubai. Plus when you look out almost anywhere you see a bit of green or the edge of the golf course which is a quiet reminder that Dubai Hills Estate is a little different from the busy city outside.
The community here feels lived in but not crowded. Walking around you see families out every evening the air cools and sometimes you see a group of kids on bikes racing to the playground down the path. It is pleasant and settled. The building itself looks sharp with glass exteriors and the entrance always feels tidy and safe. As far as facilities go this is not the kind of place where the pool or gym sit empty. People use them. And those play areas you see by the garden they are actually filled with kids not just plastic toys gathering dust.
Getting around is honestly simple from here. Al Khail Road is close so you can get to Downtown Dubai or even Mall of the Emirates fast even when traffic is picking up in the evening. If you like to eat out or just want a spot for coffee after work the Dubai Hills area has restaurants and cafes close by. No need to drive a long way for good food or groceries.
Thinking about the price at two million one hundred twenty one thousand eight hundred eighty eight dirhams you are getting a solid modern apartment that does not feel generic. It makes sense for a family base or even as a second home if you split time between different places in Dubai. And on days when you just want to pause you can sit by the window with a tea and watch life in Dubai Hills go by for a while.
Anyway the only way to know if it fits is to come see it. If you have any questions or if you want to get a feel for Park Point or Dubai Hills Estate reach out when you are ready. At LuxuryProperty.com the goal is always to help you feel comfortable with your next move wherever that is.
