Sometimes I think people underestimate the value of parking that is always there or just knowing you can quickly get a cab because both are true here.

Sunlight, space, everything tidy and calm. If you like the idea of newer building systems, secured entry, and just not having to think much about maintenance, then this one covers all that too. And because it is vacant, you are not waiting months to move in.
