Some homes just kind of make you slow down as soon as you open the door and honestly this three bedroom apartment in Mulberry Park Heights over at Dubai Hills Estate does exactly that. I walked in and for a minute I forgot I was here to work because the whole place has this wide open easy feeling to it. Right away you get so much light, it feels almost like the outside is a part of your living room especially with those big floor to ceiling windows looking out over the Dubai skyline and Dubai Hills Park. Every time I come here I end up standing near the window just watching the sun move across that view. There is real space to breathe and just be.

You'll notice the open plan layout makes it all flow together in a really comfortable way. The living room is just right for kicking off your shoes and relaxing after a day out and it connects simply to the dining space so if you like having friends over or just eating with family it all just fits. In the morning you will probably get a bit of sunshine in almost every room thanks to all the glass and if you are the type who likes a coffee with a view trust me you will do that here more than once.

Outside you get all the perks of Mulberry Park Heights. The pool is genuinely a great place to cool off or even just sit with a book which I see people doing all the time. Kids actually play outside here and there are these lounge areas where people just hang out especially in the evenings. Sometimes you will see people walking dogs or going for a jog around the open spaces and you just feel part of something calm and welcoming. Dubai Hills Park is right there when you want to get out and move and Dubai Hills Mall is just around the corner for a quick coffee run or a bit of shopping.

The location is pretty convenient you're never far from good schools or healthcare which lots of families seem to really appreciate. If you play golf or want to learn the championship course is super close which is kind of rare in Dubai and does make weekends more fun.
