Sometimes you step into a place and just sense a different pace of living. That is exactly how it felt the first time I walked into this three bedroom apartment at Sunrise Bay on Emaar Beachfront. The breeze from the sea somehow finds its way through, or maybe it is the light coming in, or the faint sound of water when you open a window. I just remember standing for a minute at the big windows and thinking, if you lived here, you would probably never want to leave on weekends at least.
Dubai Harbour is a spot where city life chills out a little. Sunrise Bay is made up of two tall towers you see them every time you drive in and feels like it was made for people who actually love being near the water. The walk to the marina or the sandy beach is nothing really just a few minutes of gentle sun and you are there. Some days you see little groups fishing or families out for sunset walks along the promenade that never really feels busy or noisy.
Inside this apartment, you get over two thousand square feet all done up in soft whites and shades of warm grey. Actually the first thing you will spot is how much natural sunlight fills the place. Mornings here are especially nice, the air is bright and everything just feels clean and open like those scenes in holiday ads except it is where you wake up. The living space flows right out onto a big terrace. Honestly it is the kind of spot that is made for long cups of coffee or maybe even a work call with the sea in the background. The view takes in both the Arabian Sea and the marina. When the sky turns pink in the evening, it is a little different every time.
The kitchen is built for more than just reheating takeaway. I mean you can actually spread out and cook, maybe host some friends, and you do not have your back to everyone either. It is got good appliances all tucked in neatly and there is enough space to store real groceries not just snacks. The bedrooms keep it simple in a good way clean shapes and nothing too fussy. Each one gets its own slice of the view and plenty of sun in the afternoons. If you like your own space to wind down, the main bedroom feels private but not closed off. The bathrooms here are more than just practical everything is finished in proper marble with those modern fittings you see in design magazines. Not too shiny. Just calm and fresh.
Living here you get access to the amenities at Sunrise Bay. The infinity pool looks straight out to the open water. Sometimes you catch neighbours reading by the pool or there is always someone swimming early in the mornings. There is a good gym, some retail and a couple of places for coffee right downstairs. You have little places to get things sorted pharmacy, quick bites, not much driving needed. The private beach is long and wide, clean white sand that is actually soft to walk on. If you feel like trying a new restaurant or grabbing dessert, that whole Emaar Beachfront promenade is dotted with nice spots. I saw a couple of hidden cafes too where people just sit with laptops or chat with friends after work.
Parking is sorted private spaces and plenty of room. Security are always around but never in your way. There is a comfort you get here it is easy to forget you are still right in Dubai proper. The local vibe is laid back and a little friendly, people nod hello sometimes and you see kids biking just before sunset.
It is a real spot. You can see yourself living here. If you want to have a look or just talk about the place, you are welcome any time. At LuxuryProperty dot com, we want your next home in Dubai Harbour to feel just right for you.
