Sometimes you walk into an apartment and it just feels simple and comfortable from the moment you step through the door. This place at Dragon Towers in Dragon City is exactly like that. You sort of catch yourself slowing down in the hallway just to look at the view out the window or to imagine how you might set up your living room. It is a two bedroom apartment and honestly it really works if you want something modern but not fussy.
So the first thing you notice when you get inside is all the natural light. Those windows stretch pretty much all the way up so you can see so much more than you expect. On clear days you see the Dubai skyline far away from your balcony. I actually spent a couple of minutes just standing by that window and watching everything going by on Al Awir Road. Once you're here there's just a lot of space around you. The apartment is not huge but the open plan makes it feel bigger than it looks on paper. The living and dining area kind of blend together so you can hang out, have dinner or just chill with the TV on.
The kitchen actually feels like somewhere you'd want to cook in for real and not just reheat leftovers. Everything is finished with a nice touch and the cabinets do not have that cheap feel you sometimes get in other places. The appliances are tucked in neatly and it looks great even if you are a bit messy after breakfast. Plus, it flows straight into the living area so if you have people over you're not hidden away or anything. Step out to the balcony and honestly it is where you would probably want to start your day with coffee or end it just watching the city slow down in the evening. You might even catch some evening breeze up here.
Both bedrooms sit off the main space. You will notice right away that the wardrobes are actually usable. There's plenty of storage for everything, not just summer clothes. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and it just feels easy to get ready in there. Nothing feels small or awkward. Fixtures are quality and everything works like it's supposed to. The second bedroom is just as comfortable so if you need a room for guests, a kid, or just a very uncrowded office, it works.
Living at Dragon Towers also means you get a bunch of little perks that make day-to-day life simple. Downstairs there is a swimming pool with a sundeck so if you like those lazy weekend afternoons in the water it is all right here. The residents' clubhouse is popular and you will see people just quietly working or catching up with friends. The rooftop gym surprised me—honestly the views when you are working out are pretty motivating. Plus, I noticed the poolside restaurant was already starting to fill up by lunchtime.
What is actually convenient is how everything is connected. You get a covered walkway straight over to Dragon Mart. If you already love shopping there you will probably find yourself spending weekends exploring or just picking up takeaways. The retail area inside Dragon Towers itself is pretty lively too and there are some nice dining options if you do not want to venture far. If you ever need to get into the city for work, access is really simple. Being so close to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road means you can get around Dubai without much hassle. International City is just next door so you are never far from groceries or a good cup of coffee. Sometimes in the evening you will see families just strolling around the community or kids with their bikes.
Some places just feel good and this two bedroom apartment at Dragon Towers is one of them. The best way to know if it fits is to come and see for yourself. Feel free to ask questions or take a look in person if the mood strikes you. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want to help your next move feel like it actually fits your day-to-day.
