Some apartments really do make you slow down for a second and just feel like maybe you belong there. That happened to me when I walked into this one bedroom at The Residences in Downtown Dubai. The first thing you'll probably notice are those huge windows. Light just pours in from every angle, bouncing off the simple but elegant furnishings. I ended up standing by the balcony for a minute just looking out towards the Burj Khalifa and all of Downtown. It is one of those real views that photos never really catch. If you do not know Downtown Dubai well yet it is so much more than just fancy towers. You can walk everywhere. Shops are down the street. The Dubai Mall is honestly so close you might find yourself going just for a little stroll. The Metro is not far so getting anywhere in the city feels easy. Sheikh Zayed Road is basically around the corner and if you have meetings in DIFC it is just a five minute drive. Even Dubai International Airport is about ten minutes away if you travel often. Plus, sometimes you see families heading to City Walk or friends meeting up at those neighborhood coffee places. At night, you really do feel the city energy but you are high up enough that it never feels stuffy.

This apartment is vacant so you would not be waiting months to move.
