Apartment with the Best Layout

Some homes you just feel like you could actually live in, not just look at. This two bedroom apartment at BLVD Heights in Downtown Dubai really gives off that vibe. I walked in and honestly just wanted to open the balcony doors right away. The windows run from the floor up so you almost feel pulled toward the light. Even in the middle of the day you see a bit of the city moving outside and it feels open but not noisy at all.

The living and dining area feels proper spacious and not like one of those places where you have to squeeze past each other to get to the kitchen. Actually, you see a few regulars having their evening coffee or even families heading out for a treat. Even if you just need some bread or milk, the supermarket is close by so you never feel stranded.

Something else that struck me: this tower does not feel isolated like some high end towers do. There is a bit of a mix of people and it is relaxed, and families feel welcome. Sometimes you see kids biking on the Boulevard in the cooler months, and honestly, you might just forget your phone and watch the city lights from your own balcony instead.

The apartment will be vacant on transfer, so moving in or starting to rent it out is basically just a matter of paperwork. From what I can see, the layout here is one of the best in BLVD Heights, and you really notice it when you walk around. Nothing feels crowded. You almost want to have people over just to show off the fresh corners and sunny rooms.
