When it comes to the building you do get a bit spoilt. The pool outside catches the sun for most of the afternoon so if you like to swim or just sit with your feet in the water with a coffee you will probably end up out there a few times a week. The gym is always tidy and never feels too busy. You meet neighbours sometimes in the lift or around the lobby and people always say good morning or at least nod. There is a health club on the podium level so you can actually keep up with your fitness without needing to travel far. Sometimes you see folks with yoga mats in the garden area which tells you a bit about the vibe.

And then being right in Downtown Dubai really does make things easy. The cafes and little bakeries around here stay open pretty late. Most of the time the walk to Dubai Mall or the Opera is only a few relaxed minutes. People here seem to love the idea you can live in the centre but still have quiet at home. If you like late evening walks you will see families and kids along Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard and sometimes you even hear some live music drifting from a terrace somewhere.
