There is even a landscaped garden if you want a bit of green space. If you need anything, concierge and valet services are actually helpful. It is just very easy living.

Walkability is good here. You are right in Business Bay so restaurants and cafes are close by. Sometimes you will see families in the evenings and even the coffee shop is never far.
