Some places just make you want to pause for a second before you go about your day. This one bedroom apartment at Resortz Residence in Arjan does that in a way you might not expect. It feels sort of easy from the moment you push open the door. Maybe it is the way that late morning light just stretches across the floors or maybe it is something about the building itself. Resortz does not look like your average Dubai apartment block and you will probably notice that straight away. I always do. There is an old world look here with tall columns along the front and even the central dome kind of reminds me of places you might have seen in photos from Florence.
Inside, there is this laid back atmosphere that just makes you slow down. The living room is open and actually feels like somewhere you could relax for an afternoon, maybe with friends over for coffee or just a quiet meal if that is more your style. The kitchen does not just look nice for photos. It feels like somewhere you could actually cook for real, with counter space where you can unload your groceries and not feel cramped trying to chop vegetables. The bedroom stays pretty comfortable all day. There is enough room for you to stretch out in the morning or even set up a little reading spot without bumping into anything. From some spots inside you can look out at gardens or catch glimpses of water features below which is a bit rare in many Dubai buildings honestly.
You will notice the amenities here are not just about ticking boxes. I stood by the pool for a bit on a Tuesday morning and it was so quiet I almost forgot I was in the city. The jogging track actually wraps around the pool so you are not staring at walls while you run. There is even a squash court if you feel like burning off a bit of steam after work and a health club with everything you would expect plus the steam and sauna rooms if you want to wind down. Plus there is a barbecue area that gets used pretty often in the cooler months and a big billiards room where I have seen a few friendly games happening in the evenings.
Location wise, you are tucked away in Arjan which is sort of nice because it never feels too busy. You can reach Miracle Garden in just a couple of minutes if you like that kind of weekend stroll. Getting to the airport or cruising over to My City Center Al Barsha does not take long either. If you have kids, some good schools are also not far at all. The roads around here make it easy to get wherever you need to be in Dubai which is something people really like about this spot.
This apartment is on a lower floor which I have found some people actually prefer because you do not have to deal with long elevator rides and you still get great views over the pool and gardens. It comes fully furnished which is handy if you are just moving in and want things to be ready from day one. It is about eight hundred and ninety nine square feet so you are not squeezed in but it still feels manageable for everyday life. If you are thinking about an investment, the numbers look strong with around ten percent ROI projected. That is getting harder to find these days honestly.
Sometimes you see kids biking in the evenings or neighbors sitting out by the garden. And the coffee shop on the corner is never far which is a small thing but makes mornings feel simple. Resortz Residence has a community feel you do not always get in newer spots.
The truth is you kind of have to feel the place for yourself. Photos do not tell the whole story. The only way to really know if it is home is to come see it. If you want to walk through or just have a few questions first, I am always around. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make every move feel like an easy one. Just let me know what you need.
