It is a one bedroom apartment but honestly it feels open and airy in a way a lot of places just do not. I found myself wandering to the windows first thing, just to stand and look out. The area is just generally good for walking, whether you are headed to the little shops and coffee spots nearby or just out to clear your head after a long day. Every once in a while you will see kids on their bikes in the late afternoons and it just feels like people are living here, not just passing through.

Location is easy as well. The Mall of the Emirates is surprisingly close, so you are not stuck in your car for ages. And if you need to get out to Sheikh Zayed Road or catch a flight from Dubai International Airport, it all connects up quickly so you do not lose half your day in traffic. Plus, schools and a kindergarten are right around if that is important to you. You will even find a tennis court and a dog park just a short stroll away.
