It is a real beachfront spot where you can always just step outside and remember you are in one of the most special places in Dubai. Every time I am here I find myself leaning on the balcony railing for just a minute or two just watching the city kind of glow across the water. You get a straight view of that Dubai Marina skyline which honestly makes evenings feel a bit magical here and mornings kind of peaceful too.

The whole place feels open and breezy the second you walk through the front door. The living and dining areas are sort of all in one flow which just makes sense because if you are like me you probably do not want walls getting in the way of a good conversation or a lazy weekend breakfast. You can get to Nakheel Mall pretty much in five minutes on foot. I have done it myself and it is as easy as it sounds. The shops there have everything and there are always plenty of cafes if you work remotely or just want somewhere different in the afternoon. And with Palm Jumeirah's best restaurants so close dinner out just becomes something you do on a whim. Sometimes you see kids biking around in the evenings or folks heading down to the beach for the last bit of sun.

Living here means easy access to the rest of Dubai too. Hop on the road and the mainland is right there so even if you work in the city it does not feel far.

The thing is there are a lot of great apartments on Palm Jumeirah and every one is a little bit different. But this space just feels like home more than most.
