There really is something about walking into this two bedroom apartment in Shoreline Residences on Palm Jumeirah. Maybe it was hearing the birds from Al Ittihad Park or just the breeze coming through the windows. The first thing you notice is how calm it feels especially for Dubai. It is on the ground floor and honestly that makes the park feel like an extension of your own home. I spent a while looking out at all the green. It does not look like your usual Dubai view. From the big balcony you can just watch the park wake up in the mornings. Sometimes families are out early or you might even see people jogging with their dogs. You get that scene every day if you want it.
The apartment itself is an F type so if you have seen a few places in Shoreline Residences you know those are some of the most spacious layouts you will find. Nearly two thousand square feet and it does not have that boxed in feeling. The living area is what got me. It is open and bright the kitchen flows right into the lounge and dining so you actually feel like cooking or chatting while someone else is making coffee. The kitchen comes with a breakfast bar I can already imagine it being the spot for lazy mornings with eggs and toast or just spreading out the weekend newspapers. Everything here feels like it is meant to be used. It is not one of those places where you feel nervous about messing things up.
The bedrooms just feel proper. Both are big enough that you do not bump into anything and there are built in wardrobes so finally you might have a place to put all your things. The ensuite bathrooms are the sort you actually look forward to using. Hot water comes fast and there is a sense of space that is honestly kind of rare in city apartments. If you have a family or maybe you like to have friends or visitors your guest will not feel cramped at all. Plus having an extra bathroom for visitors is one of those things you do not think about until you live without it.
Being in Shoreline means you have access to your own private beach which is still one of my favorite things about Palm Jumeirah. A lot of residents like to take a swim before starting their workday or just go for a quiet walk by the water in the evenings. You can use the pool if that is more your style. The community gym is usually never too crowded and the equipment is actually looked after which says a lot. For groceries or dinner you have Nakheel Mall just up the road. You can even walk there through the park which turns out is quicker than driving. Sometimes you see kids biking in the evenings or families getting ice cream. It just makes life feel simpler. That is not even mentioning how easy it is to get on and off the Palm. Taxis know exactly where the place is so you are never explaining too much.
The apartment is offered unfurnished which actually could be a good thing if you have your own style or furniture. It lets you put your own spin on the place. There are a few corners by the windows where I can just picture a reading chair or maybe some plants. The light in here is really good especially in the afternoon.
Honestly this spot is for someone who wants a bit more space but still wants to be close to everything. There is a real community feel in Shoreline Apartments. People are friendly the security staff remember your name and sometimes you almost forget your phone because you are just sitting out on the balcony or walking in the park.
You can read about it all day but every apartment on Palm Jumeirah has its own feel and you only know when you step inside. If you feel like seeing it in person or if you have questions just reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we are always around to help and maybe help you picture yourself living here for real.
