The pool here is huge and really well looked after. There is even this lazy river that is kind of fun and, honestly, you end up using it more than you think. Underground parking makes life simple and you never have to worry about coming home late and finding a spot.

There are restaurants right downstairs. It is easy to just wander down for lunch or invite friends for coffee without organising some big evening out. You will notice everyone seems relaxed here. Kids bike around. People hang out on balconies. It does not feel busy even on the weekends.

The apartment itself is about 1709 square feet which means you actually get space to spread out. Whether you have a lot of furniture or just want a fresh start, it works both ways. The open living area catches natural light all day so you do not really need to switch on every light in the afternoon.
