Some places have this calm about them from the second you walk in. This two bedroom apartment in Lake Shore Tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers did that for me. I walked in and kind of just stood there for a minute by the window with the light through the glass doors. You can see all the way out over the lakes and the golf course. You even catch a bit of the Dubai Marina skyline if the weather is clear. You get a quietness up here that makes you want to slow down for a bit.
Honestly sometimes with these places you wonder if they're truly livable or just meant for show. This place feels easy the moment you step in. You get a proper amount of space for real life. There is about 1406 square feet which means the living room does not feel cramped at all even if you wanted a big sofa or a proper dining table for dinners. The balcony is larger than you might expect. I could imagine a couple of chairs out there and maybe coffee in the morning when the breeze comes off the water or even evenings with friends while the city lights start to come on. It is not just a view of the lake and the golf greens, sometimes you get that soft city background noise which is kind of comforting. You'll also see people out by the water jogging or just walking their dogs, so the community here feels alive but not overwhelming.
The kitchen is set back a bit not wide open but not locked away either. I actually think it is the best of both. You can cook for real here. If you like keeping an eye on what's happening in the living room while you make something or chat with friends it works really well. It is an unfurnished apartment so you really get this blank canvas that you can make your own. The appliances and kitchen setup are all up to you but that gives you way more freedom. The layout means there is room for a proper fridge and all your little gadgets if you want them.
Bedrooms both get that proper size you hope for. You can actually walk around each side of the bed. The main bedroom comes with its own bathroom and a pretty decent closet area. Morning light comes right in, which I think helps you wake up without even needing an alarm sometimes. The ensuite has a separate shower and a bathtub which everyone says they want but rarely find in apartments like this. Honestly it makes a difference when you just want to soak without a care after a long day or when you want a quick shower because you are late. Storage is sorted too because there is a laundry area with extra space for things you would rather hide away.
Lake Shore Tower sits in probably one of the most practical spots in JLT. Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. Downstairs you get cafes and breakfast spots so if you like a morning pastry or just a quiet coffee it is almost never a hike. Commutes are not a headache because you have quick access to main roads and the metro station is close enough that you will probably leave your car sometimes. The neat thing about this side of JLT is the community vibe. You see kids on bikes in the evening or neighbors out for a walk. It just feels easy and maybe a little bit relaxed for Dubai.
This is a rental so if you are still weighing owning versus renting in JLT or Dubai Marina you might want to come see it first. I can say a lot about the practical points like square feet and balcony size but honestly the only way to know if it feels right is to step in and take a look yourself. If you want to ask something or maybe arrange a walkthrough just get in touch. At LuxuryProperty.com the whole idea is to make this next step feel as comfortable and simple as it should.
