Unique Fully Furnished High Floor Apartment with Sea Views

Some homes just make you slow down as soon as you walk in. That is what happened the first time I stepped inside this four bedroom apartment at The Address Jumeirah Gate Tower in JBR. I did the usual thing where you find yourself just standing in the living room for a minute or two not really thinking about your next step because honestly the sea views kind of do most of the talking. I leaned on the balcony railing for a bit and you really could see straight out to Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai. Even watched the little boats move by. I guess what I noticed first is that it feels like a place you would just want to wake up in every morning.

Everything is set up for comfort here. The whole place is fully furnished down to the cushions and throws so you do not have to worry about lugging around any furniture trucks. The couches actually invite you to sit down for a while and it just feels easy. Natural tones everywhere make the light seem a little softer especially toward sunset. Three balconies wrap around the apartment so there are a bunch of ways to let in a breeze or just sit outside with a coffee. Sometimes you see kids playing or biking down on The Walk or families heading to the beach in the distance which kind of reminds you that you are right in Jumeirah Beach Residence but still have your own spot high above it all.

The bedrooms are spread out with a comfortable feel. You will find big windows in each one so every morning is just bright. The master bedroom gets its own en suite bathroom and that space feels almost spa like. Sometimes I think people just add the word luxurious but here you will really notice it in the little details like the quality of the fittings and the way the shower is tucked just right. The maid's room is set up off the side and it does not feel like an afterthought either.

If you actually like to cook there is a real kitchen with full appliances and plenty of space. It does not feel like just another hotel unit. Plus the dining spot looks out over the water so meals are a bit more of an event if you want them to be. And the best thing is you do not have to mess about with bills. Everything is included so you can focus on enjoying the space.

There are also two parking spots which does make city life smoother. Elevators are straightforward and get you up and down to the lobby quickly. Living here you get access to all the things The Address is known for like valet and good security so you feel looked after without it being too much.

And then those extra touches that sometimes you do not even think about. Downstairs you have five restaurants and bars with views that really capture what living by the water means in Dubai. Breakfast by the beach or late dinner with that ocean air it is all there. Infinity swimming pools up on the deck look out to Ain Dubai and over to Palm Jumeirah. The gym has everything for a real workout. I even saw a few people working from laptops out by the pool so if you want to mix business with lounging you can.

Daily life is easy here. The Address sits right on Jumeirah Beach so you are never far from a swim and the coffee shop is just a quick walk from the lifts. You can pop out to Bluewaters or Marina or keep it simple and just walk the sand every evening.

The thing is you can get all the details online or in a brochure but the real feel of this place is something you only get when you are inside.
