Some places just make you breathe out a little as soon as you arrive and that is exactly how it feels stepping into this four bedroom apartment at The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa right near the soft curve of Jumeirah Beach Residence. The first time I walked in here I actually found myself just stopping in the living room for a few minutes and looking out through the big windows. You cannot help it because the sea views just sort of pull you toward them. Out on the balcony you can see all the way to Bluewaters and watch the Ain Dubai wheel in the distance. I hung out there for a bit and honestly it is pretty special watching life go by out on the water. You notice the boats sliding past and sometimes you spot people making their way along The Walk down below. It really makes you feel like you are in the heart of JBR while still tucked up high in your own space.

The apartment itself is a blank canvas which I think is actually a good thing. You get to add your own furniture and put your stamp on the place instead of just moving into someone else's style. The space is big something like three thousand one hundred square feet so nothing feels squeezed in. The living area is open and sun pours in for most of the day which just means it always feels fresh. And you have three different balconies to pick from depending on what type of light or breeze you want. There is enough room to put out a few chairs and just let the day go by with a coffee. You will spot families at the beach or groups heading out for dinner in the evenings because The Address is so close to everything in Jumeirah Beach Residence.

Bedrooms are spaced out well so every one has its own bit of privacy which is nice when you have guests or kids. There are huge windows in each room so you wake up to that bright Dubai sunshine not just a blank wall. The master bedroom feels extra comfortable and it even has a big en suite. Feels almost spa like when you are in there. I know people say that a lot but honestly there is something about the way the bathroom is laid out and the quality of everything. There is also a maids room off to the side which is just practical and it does not feel like it was squeezed in as an afterthought. If you cook the kitchen is set up for real life not just for looks with enough storage and proper appliances so you can actually get a meal together without frustration.

Eating here is its own thing. The spot for a dining table looks straight out across the sea so every meal gets a bit of a view. The Address Jumeirah Resort and Spa has five restaurants just downstairs as well so mornings could start with a proper breakfast looking at the water or you may find yourself doing late dinners while you hear the sound of the sea. Weekends are easy because you can head straight to JBR Beach or wander over to Bluewaters for a change. Living here you will find you start taking more walks just because everything is so close and the coffee shop is always waiting nearby.

You get two parking spaces with this place so no city parking headaches. The elevators run quick and get you home in no time and security is always professional but relaxed which makes the building feel safe without feeling stuffy. There is a gym with all the gear you need so you really can get a proper workout in and the infinity pools on the deck have a pretty amazing view of Ain Dubai and over toward Palm Jumeirah. I saw a few folks working on laptops by the pool last time I was here so it is the kind of place where work and rest can blend without feeling awkward.
