Some places just have a bit of energy when you walk in and honestly this three bedroom apartment at Rimal in Jumeirah Beach Residence really gives you that. The gym has windows which to me always makes a difference because you do not feel stuck indoors. And of course, that beach access is just a few steps away. It feels like part of daily life when you live here. Sometimes, you even forget you are in one of Dubai's most popular areas because the pace is just a little gentler.

The best thing though, Jumeirah Beach Residence always has something just around the corner. Cafes where you can work for a few hours or just watch the world. There are playgrounds if you have kids or just like seeing some life. You will spot people biking along the track as the sun goes down. Shops for quick errands and restaurants from every cuisine you can think of are right here. Even getting to Sheik Zayed Road or the Metro is easy. It is everything about Dubai you want but without the hustle.

Finding an easy feeling apartment in JBR is actually the hardest part. You could try to figure it out online but nothing compares to standing in the living room with the sunlight or stepping onto the balcony.
