There are some apartments where you sort of walk in and go quiet for a second because it just feels different up here. This four bedroom place in Murjan 4 really does that. Maybe it is being this high up in Jumeirah Beach Residence or maybe it is the light you get in the living room with all that sky in front of you and the marina off to the side. You can see the Palm from up here too. I spent a while just looking out and honestly you forget about your phone or your to do list for a bit.

So let me just say right away this place is big. Over three thousand square feet means you have room to move around without anyone getting in your way. The bedrooms are all generous probably more so than photos ever show and you can tell someone thought about where to put everything. Closets are there if you care about those not just squeezed into a corner but actually useful. I checked. With four bedrooms anybody would call it family sized but sometimes spaces get called that and they still feel cramped. Not here. The whole setup feels natural if you want an extra lounge for work or kids or a spot to put a piano you can actually do it rather than just imagining it.

The kitchen is one of the better ones I have seen in this part of JBR. It is not all show either. Yes the appliances are the top brands you would expect but you actually feel like making food here. The counter runs along the window and if you stand there in the afternoon you can smell the sea breeze sometimes. I noticed a few details like the smooth drawers nothing sticking and plenty of plugs for the things that collect on a kitchen counter over time.

Now if you care about living in JBR for the lifestyle Murjan four is right on the beachfront. Not one of those apartment buildings you still have to cross a big road to get to the sand. Here you just step outside and the JBR Walk is right there. Coffee shops and gelato places and sometimes the smell of pizza from Bianca's or somewhere like that filters up even to the higher floors. People are always out walking. You will see joggers and tourists and the evening always gets a bit of a buzz without it ever feeling crowded.

Plus the community actually does have things residents use. The gym is clean and quiet when I passed by. Not one of those shared places that never gets any sun. The swimming pool has that clear blue look and even when there are families around it never feels packed. You can play tennis or just watch if you are more that sort.

A little extra touch is the discounts for residents at hotels nearby. I always think these perks sound small until you actually use them once or twice for an easy dinner. Sometimes you just do not want to go far. And if you do need to head out Dubai Marina is really close you can walk if the mood strikes and the Metro is easy to reach as well.

This apartment comes unfurnished so you are free to fit it out however your life needs. That makes a lot of difference honestly. Some people see empty rooms and feel nervous. Others walk through and see nothing but possibilities. With the open plan living areas and those quiet corners by the big windows it is all yours to shape.

One last thing before I forget for now the agency commission and Empower fee are being covered by the landlord until the end of October. The owner is also flexible about payment which is rare these days. You can pay in up to four cheques and that might make the move a bit easier.
