I got up to the high floor and honestly had this small moment where I just let myself look out over the Palm and the Dubai Marina. The view kind of sneaks up on you, then stays with you all afternoon. Maybe it is the way the sea glimmers or how the buildings seem to change colour depending on the time of day. Either way, if you are someone who wants that calming feeling in your own space and still be able to step straight into city life whenever you want, then this spot is worth a look.

Inside, the place is honestly bigger than I expected. Around 1460 square feet. Feels even larger because the windows keep the light moving around, especially in the mornings. There are two bedrooms but what grabbed me was the way both of them have enough space to actually feel comfortable and not just tucked away. Each one feels like a proper room to come home to. This apartment is chiller free, so that is one less bill to worry about each month. People seem to settle in for the long haul around here which says a lot about the building itself.

Public transport is close, so whether you work in the Marina, Media City, or even Downtown, you are sorted. Some people like to drive, others hop on the tram, but whatever fits your routine, you will find it easy to keep up with life.
