Dubai Marina does not really need much of an introduction. You have got the promenade just outside, so if you like going for a walk in the evenings or grabbing a quick coffee after work, you do not need to plan much. There are cafes scattered all around, and honestly, some nice ones do toasties for breakfast if you ever run out of time in the morning. The Metro is not too far either, which makes getting to work, the mall, or the beach just easy. Even if you are not a gym person, the tower has a fitness center that is actually used—people you see in the lift often come back sweating and happy. The pool is always tempting. Sometimes you see families making a whole day of it out there and just enjoying the sun. The rent is set at 115000 which for Dubai Marina and for a place that does not feel boxy or rushed is honestly fair right now. You really do get the sense that you could move in without needing to change everything or worry about weird surprises in the layout. Every time I visit West Avenue Tower, there is just a little more of a relaxed atmosphere than some of the more crowded buildings nearby.
