Some homes really do make you stop for a second right at the door and just take a breath. This three bedroom apartment at Stella Maris in Dubai Marina definitely had that effect on me. I remember stepping inside and just letting my eyes wander across the living space for a bit. Sunlight spills everywhere thanks to those big windows and honestly, you get this easy feeling like you want to linger with a cup of coffee just to see the light change over the water.
There is a simple elegance about the place. Everything inside feels chosen for comfort, not just to show off. The living area opens right into what's probably one of my favorite sorts of dining spaces for Dubai Marina. It all blends together so you never feel boxed in. With the open floor plan and all the space around you, it just feels like a home you want to really live in instead of worrying about where everything might fit. And you really can stretch out here with more than two thousand square feet. I even sat by one of those windows just watching boats slip past on the Marina and thinking, this would be a great spot for lazy mornings or even evenings with friends.
If you love to cook, the kitchen is something else. Upgraded appliances and plenty of room to actually move around. It is one of those kitchens that feels ready for a big homemade dinner or just something quick before heading out for the evening. The countertops look like they have never seen a midnight snack or a spilled drink, which honestly makes life easier. And even if you are not much of a chef, it is a place where just making coffee already feels like a treat.
Each bedroom gives off its own peaceful vibe. The master suite, especially, stays tucked away enough that you could really call it your own private retreat. Good natural light, windows you actually want to keep open sometimes, and space to unwind at the end of a long day. The bathroom off the master bedroom is set up for comfort too. Everything in the other two bedrooms is just as well thought out, perfect if you have kids, guests, or even want to work from home. Sometimes the only sound you hear is the city in the distance and the soft marina breeze. I remember catching a bit of sunset from one room and just feeling glad that the day was winding down.
One of the best things about Stella Maris is honestly where it sits. Dubai Marina is such a lively spot and here you get quiet and buzz all at once. Step outside and the Marina Walk is right there. You can head out for a morning run, or you might want to try one of the local cafes for breakfast. The coffee shop is never far and there is always something going on. You feel it most when you see folks jogging by, or sometimes kids biking in the evenings under the glow of those tall buildings.
Residents here have use of a really strong fitness center. The gym is actually stocked with equipment you will use, not just for show. I checked out the swimming pool too and it almost tempts you to spend an extra half hour outside, just soaking up some sun. Security here is always around but never in your way, which is nice if you want to come and go easily.
This apartment is vacant and ready right now. So if you are after a rental in Dubai Marina that is furnished with care and feels upgraded in all the important ways, it could suit you. The price is four hundred thousand per year which feels fair considering both the location and what you get.
What I always say is simple. The only way to know if a place feels right is to walk through it for yourself. If you want to wander through or just chat about what it might be like to live here, you can always reach out. We try to take the stress out of finding your next home at LuxuryProperty dot com and just make it feel easy and relaxed. Looking forward to showing you around Stella Maris and the Marina anytime.
