That is honestly how it felt when I stepped into this three bedroom apartment in Sparkle Towers right in the heart of Dubai Marina. Want the truth I actually paused for a second by the living room windows just to stare down at that Marina water. What really stays with you is how high you are up here. You get three different balconies and each one has its own little mood. One side faces the water where boats drift along and sometimes you can see people walking along the promenade below. Another looks out towards JBR and the city so when the sun goes down all these lights start twinkling and you remember why they called it Sparkle Towers in the first place.

The layout here is actually one of the most comfortable I have seen in any Dubai Marina apartment. Everything sort of just flows. You are by The Beach at JBR with that salty breeze and all the cafes along the beach walk. Sometimes you see families heading out early for a swim or people taking photos by the promenade. Grocery shops are never far and you can always run down and pick up fresh bread or even just a coffee if you do not feel like making your own. At night Dubai Marina feels a little like another world all busy and sparkly and you get to enjoy it from above without any of the noise.

The building itself always manages to feel a bit more welcoming than others around here. There is this lobby with soft lighting that kind of makes you want to linger for a bit.
