Plus if you ever get bored at home it is only a few minutes to Marina Mall for shopping or just grabbing a coffee. People are out jogging in the evening and the vibe is relaxed. There are more than a hundred residential buildings but Sparkle Towers stands out just because it feels newer and a bit more considered. You are never far from JBR or even the beach if you want some time by the water.
