Plus the elevators are fast so you are never stuck waiting, which might sound small until you have lived in a busy tower. Security is always around but not in your face and the shared spaces are kept spotless.

The best thing is probably that you just walk out the door and you are on Marina Walk. Cafes, restaurants, even a little grocery to grab milk or snacks on the way home. You can find pharmacies and nurseries within a minute's walk, so for families or just folks who want everything close by, it is spot on. Even if you work in Dubai Media City or somewhere further, the commute from here never feels bad because you are already in the centre of everything.
