Some homes just put you at ease when you walk in and this two bedroom apartment in Attessa Tower feels exactly like that. I honestly took a minute when I stepped inside just watching the light move through the windows. You will find this place right in Marina Promenade, which is one of the areas in Dubai Marina that still really feels lived in. There is a calm here even though you are minutes from Dubai Marina Mall, Pier 7, and the waterfront walk where the coffee shop is never far. You hear birds if you crack the window in the morning and sometimes you see people out jogging with their dogs before the city gets noisy.
The apartment is bigger than most two bedrooms you will see in the building actually. Over fifteen hundred square feet to move around in. I could imagine setting down bags after a big grocery shop and still having plenty of room. The owner has put real care into upgrading the space too. Each main room is painted and decorated to match one of the four elements, so you get a sense of the design without it feeling overwhelming. The paint is fresh and the finishes are all done with a real attention to detail. When the sunlight comes in from the floor to ceiling windows it makes everything feel warmer, honestly you will not need lights on until evening.
The kitchen made me think of those nights cooking with friends just because it actually feels like a place to prep and share meals, not just heat something up. New cabinets, clean appliances all the big names, plus there is a proper set of china and those crystal glasses that just feel nice to hold. The living area is comfortable but inviting, with a hardwood dining table that sort of anchors the whole space. You will notice chandeliers overhead that are not too much but give a soft glow in the evening. There is a bar set up to one side that feels like the right spot for after work drinks or even coffee in the morning if you just want to sit and look out at the city for a bit.
Both bedrooms have their own en suite which is a real bonus and the natural light in there is just something else. Beds are plush and comfortable with proper linens not the sort of stuff you find in most rentals honestly. You get built in closets so storage is not a problem. The interior designer who worked on this apartment really understood how to make a place feel welcoming and not just expensive. Everything fits together in a way that makes you feel like you could stay for a long time without needing to add much.
One thing I always look for is how the amenities feel once you are actually living somewhere. Here you get two swimming pools and both are temperature controlled so you swim any time of year. There is also a separate pool for kids plus a gym that actually has space and all the right machines. You see families heading out to the play areas sometimes and it always feels like people actually use the shared spaces not just pass through. Being in Marina Promenade connects you to all the restaurants, groceries, and coffee places in Dubai Marina. Weekends here mean walks by the water and maybe catching some of the weekend boats going past with music playing.
All in all this place balances luxury and comfort in a way that is hard to find in Dubai Marina and the space feels lived in but ready for someone new to make it their own.
The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If you want to talk more or just walk around the apartment and see if it suits you, get in touch whenever. At LuxuryProperty.com, we try to make finding a home in Dubai Marina as relaxed as possible.
