So your weekend swim or a quick workout is always just downstairs. And honestly if you are not feeling up for it, walking around Dubai Marina is probably the nicest bit. There is always a new little cafe or something happening on the waterfront.

This apartment is unfurnished, so you can really make it yours. Bring your own style in, no awkward left behind bits from someone else. You can actually see your own life here. It just feels possible. And even at a good price for this area, you are not giving up on size or any of the things that matter day to day.
