Sometimes in the evenings you see kids on bikes, or people heading to the marina walk for a stroll before dinner. The air gets cooler and you remember you are living right in the middle of Dubai, but it feels laid back, almost a little hidden. 

For downtime, the building is honestly set up. Residents can use a proper gym with equipment that does not look like it has been sitting there for years. The pool is clean and peaceful, not packed, so you can actually swim or float around without feeling rushed. A little bit of peace in the middle of the city. And if you have friends over or just feel like meeting neighbors, there is that community vibe too. Sometimes you end up having coffee by the pool just chatting longer than you planned.
