Sometimes you just get a calm sort of feeling as soon as you walk in. That is exactly what happened to me when I stepped into this one bedroom apartment at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate. There is a real sense of space even though it is not the biggest place on paper. It comes in at six hundred and forty eight square feet but honestly it feels bigger. Maybe it is because of those huge windows that let in so much natural light it almost pours across the floor. I stood for a bit and just watched the city move along outside. You can even spot Burj Al Arab out there if you look for it. The open view is something you'll like especially in the evenings when the city lights up.
Walking through the apartment itself it is easy to imagine living here and actually enjoying day to day stuff rather than feeling cramped. The kitchen may surprise you a bit because it feels like somewhere you would really cook not just reheat takeout. It comes with all the main things you need including a dishwasher a washing machine and a cooker so you can actually make a meal right away. Everything is in good shape and has that clean modern look people want these days so there is no awkward mix of old and new. Sometimes apartments can feel kind of cold or stark especially with modern designs but this place does not do that. The finish feels thoughtful without showing off.
And the good thing is you do not have to worry about buying those boring basics like appliances because they are already here. That takes a bit of stress out for sure. The bedroom is a spot I could see myself actually sleeping well in. It does not face any busy roads so you get this quiet pocket among the buzz of the city. That is something you will really notice if you have ever lived near traffic before. Storage is sorted too with built-ins so you do not need to stuff everything into boxes. I noticed right away that the air feels fresher than in a lot of towers I have visited. Could be the parks all around. Dubai Hills Estate is known for its green spaces and you are right in the middle of them here.
The building itself Park Heights is pretty friendly. The staff give you a wave when you come in which is always nice and the place has plenty of services. There is an infinity style pool outside that actually gets sun for most of the day. Sometimes I saw people working quietly on their laptops by the pool and even a few families enjoying the children's pool area. There is a gym that faces the park and has everything you need plus enough windows so you do not feel boxed in. Even a multipurpose hall if you need space for yoga or to have friends over.
Location is one of those things that makes life easier here. The coffee shop is never too far and sometimes I have seen folks biking or jogging on the boulevard in the early mornings. You are just a short drive from Dubai Marina or Downtown Dubai. I quietly like how close it is to both the community central park and the big mall. Grocery shops little stores and even some great restaurants are just down the road. You get easy access to main roads so the airport or beach days are not a big deal. The golf course is pretty famous too and you can actually hear the quiet thunk of a golf ball being hit if you walk outside on some mornings.
The whole vibe here is easy going but you still have all the things you need. It is not always easy finding a rental apartment in Dubai that feels both new and lived in but Park Heights pulls it off. If you are looking for a place that feels a little bit like home right when you walk in even if you have just moved to the city this one deserves a look.
The only real way to know if it suits you is to come take a look around. Let me know if you want to see it or if you just have questions. At LuxuryProperty.com we really do care that your next move feels right. Sometimes all it takes is a walk through to decide.
