You are just a short drive from Dubai Marina or Downtown Dubai. I quietly like how close it is to both the community central park and the big mall. Grocery shops little stores and even some great restaurants are just down the road. You get easy access to main roads so the airport or beach days are not a big deal. The golf course is pretty famous too and you can actually hear the quiet thunk of a golf ball being hit if you walk outside on some mornings.
