It felt surprisingly open even with my shoes still crunching quietly across the entrance. The building has a real sense of space in the lobby and you can take the lift right up to the gym which is stocked with everything you need for a workout, not just a treadmill and a few dumbbells. The pool outside is infinity edge so it always looks photo ready and the kid's play area gets used a lot after school. Sometimes you hear laughter drifting all the way up to the apartment. There is even a multi purpose hall which I have seen used for small parties and sometimes yoga sessions early in the morning.

You also get the golf course practically at your doorstep along with regular views of all the green space which is actually pretty rare in this part of town. Boutiques and restaurants are tucked into the boulevard so if you do not feel like cooking or want to try something new for dinner it is all right there. Traffic into the city never really feels like a hassle because of the way Dubai Hills Estate is set up.

Honestly, it just feels like an easy place to make home. The layout works, the finishes feel solid and you are close to everything without the noise.
