I remember walking into this two bedroom apartment at Acacia Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate and instantly catching myself staring out of those windows a little longer than usual. There is a gym that feels bright and new, and it was nice to see more than just one pool spot families and kids seem to really enjoy the pool together in the evenings. There are children's play areas which usually mean you hear the happy noise of kids around, and in the common lounges and co working spaces, people sometimes sit with their laptops and a coffee, not stressing about the city outside. It all feels pretty relaxed.

The location really works, especially if you like variety. Dubai Hills Mall is practically next door, so picking up groceries or just grabbing dinner out is one of those things you can do on the spur of the moment. If you play golf or just want to walk around The Dubai Hills Golf Club, you are honestly just a few minutes away. The roads connect easily to the rest of Dubai Al Khail Road gets you to Downtown or the Marina pretty easily. Then there are plenty of good schools and nurseries close by, which makes life smooth for families. Evenings here sometimes mean you see folks jogging or kids biking through the green spaces, and the park really is a bit of a breathing space in all the bustle.
