In the evenings, sometimes you see families coming down for ice cream or you catch a couple of friends laughing on the benches near the under construction park. It feels lived in, not just shiny and new. Plus, you are only a short drive from Downtown, the airport and even Dubai Marina if you want a day by the sea.

Somewhere between the balcony and the living room I realized that this apartment just does not ask much from you. It is easy to settle into. The air feels fresh with the creek breeze. The balcony is a nice size. Maybe you put a chair out there and just let yourself stop for a little while and watch the flamingos or look at the skyline as the light shifts through the afternoon. Life feels simple here and I think that is rare in Dubai.
