Some homes feel a little bit different as soon as you step inside and this two bedroom apartment at The Address Residence Fountain Views really has that feeling. I remember opening the door and hearing that soft hum you get when you are above the buzz of Downtown Dubai but still somehow in the middle of everything. You just notice the space right away. What really grabbed me was standing out on the balcony for a bit. You look up and Burj Khalifa just sits there in the skyline and then you look down at the fountains dancing away and you realize this is one of those views people always hope for and hardly get. I spent maybe five minutes just letting the breeze come by and honestly it is hard to want to go back inside when it is nice out. Even if you are in the bedrooms you can catch a peek of that view through the windows and both bedrooms feel just right. Not cramped at all. There are built in wardrobes that actually fit more than two shirts. Simple things that make daily living easier. 

Since this is a serviced apartment you do get a kind of hotel feeling but with all the extra breathing room of a real home. There are all the handy amenities like valet and concierge which is great when you have guests popping in last minute. The pool is one of those infinity pools that sort of blurs the city with the water. Kids can mess around in their splash area so families really do make use of everything. The gym here actually makes you want to work out and you get that feeling of space and energy when you walk in. If you use the EMS studio it is pretty much brand new. 

The location here is obviously the sweet spot. You just step outside and you are right on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard with all the cafes and shops you could want. Sometimes I even see little groups of people heading towards the Dubai Mall just because they can. If you need a good coffee you do not even have to check your phone because there are options everywhere. In the evenings you see a lot of people heading towards the fountains because it is just something you do when you live here. Parking and security do their jobs quietly in the background so you just get on with life. 

To be honest this apartment is the kind of place where you could just move in and feel set up right away. If you care about that Burj Khalifa and Dancing Fountains view it will be a treat every day. The Address Residence Fountain Views is built for people who enjoy nice things but also want things to be easy and comfortable.
