I found myself just standing in the living room for a bit looking out at the city wondering how nice it would be at night with all the Downtown lights. You can actually see birds flitting around outside most mornings.

If you feel like keeping active there is a pretty impressive fitness centre that feels like somewhere you would actually want to spend time not just one of those afterthought gyms. Plus there are pools that always seem to have a bit of sun on them and a sauna to wind down after. You hear about the basketball court a lot in the community and people really use it in the evenings. The whole area feels like people live here not just visit.

Location wise you are truly downtown which means you have all the essentials close by. I counted three or four cafés just while walking to the building and a little market around the corner where you can actually get fresh bread most days. The bigger shops malls and restaurants are close enough that you barely ever have to drive unless you really want to get out of the city for the day. Sometimes you even catch a bit of live music or a small street market when you head out on weekends.

The value here is actually impressive considering the space and the full set of amenities. This would suit someone who wants to be right in Downtown Dubai but still have room to breathe and stretch out a little.
