Sometimes you step into a place and the noise from Downtown Dubai just sort of melts away. I had that feeling right after opening the door to this two bedroom apartment in Burj Khalifa. There is something about being up high with that skyline right in front of you. The windows here are huge and go right up to the ceiling which means you always feel connected with the city but also removed from all that rush. Mornings are especially nice. I stood by the window for a while just watching the fountains wake up and honestly it never gets old. Some places in Dubai can feel a bit showy but this one just makes it easy to slow down and breathe.
The apartment is unfurnished so you really get to make it your own. I could picture a big comfy sofa right in the living room with the city stretching out beyond it. Sun spills in during the afternoons and you might find yourself reading just because of how good the light feels. The kitchen space is open. It is not one of those small closed off rooms. I could see someone actually cooking here maybe even experimenting and definitely chatting with friends because the layout just works for life not just for show. The first bedroom has a view that makes you want to get out of bed early and look outside. At night you see the lights stretch all the way to DIFC and beyond. The second bedroom is almost as bright. It has that same open feeling and both rooms feel like you can actually figure out how you would put your things without bumping into too much clutter.
You get full access to all those famous facilities that residents love in Burj Khalifa. I am talking pools that actually feel resort like instead of just being tucked away somewhere. The gym is up there with full city views and you will probably end up visiting the sky lounge just for those moments when you want to pretend you are on top of the world. Even better you get discounted rates at the Armani Hotel downstairs. So if you ever feel like spoiling yourself with a fancy meal or a little spa time it is literally right at your doorstep. The Burj Club has some great events and honestly people who live here say the community is a lot friendlier than you might think. You might even run into some neighbors at the lifts or outside on the plaza and people stop to chat sometimes.
Location is what really sets this apart though. It is only a quick walk over to Dubai Mall so coffee in the mornings or a late movie is way too easy. Dubai Opera is not far either. I have seen people dressed up for a show and stopping for a last minute bite at one of the restaurants nearby. Even for something simple like a quick grocery run there is always a store open nearby. Weekends here are honestly what you make of them. Kids play by the fountains or you see couples taking selfies against the tall buildings and it never really gets boring.
This apartment is spacious at just over fifteen hundred square feet if you want to keep track but standing inside it feels even bigger because the light just carries. The floorplan actually makes sense too. Nothing wasted. You look out and see the whole city kind of shifting through the day and it is easy to imagine making routines that feel a little more peaceful.
I do not like to say a place is perfect for everyone because that never feels honest. But if you want Burj Khalifa as your everyday address and a living space that just feels more real than fancy this one could be it. If you are curious or just want to walk through and see those views for yourself reach out any time. We always think it is better to come see a place in person. That is the only way you know if it feels right. At LuxuryProperty.com we make things as relaxed and simple as we can.
