The living area has that easy flow, kind of open but not too open. You get this bright light most of the day because of how the windows wrap around and honestly sometimes I just found myself standing and watching the roads below or the skyline further away. If you love being outdoors or want to get your steps in, just step outside and the whole Downtown Dubai area opens up. You are five minutes from the Dubai Mall or the Dubai Opera. Even if you want something quieter you can wander down Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard which is always full of interesting people and new shops or restaurants. Coffee places are everywhere and sometimes in the evenings you see families walking or kids biking just outside.

A big plus is you have all of this but none of the noise that sometimes comes with living right in the city center. Even late at night it never really gets loud up here. And the best part is if you work nearby all the traffic and rush is just not your problem anymore because you are already right where you need to be.

This apartment is unfurnished which I think is great because it means nothing is forced. You get to bring your own touch or just keep it simple and light. Sometimes homes in Dubai talk about luxury and they just feel cold or showy. Here it is really more about comfort and views and having a bit of space to breathe when you get home.
