There is one of those relaxed feelings as you walk in the door and look out over the city lights outside. I found myself stopping by the window just to take in the view for a while. The gym downstairs is more than just a couple machines in a corner. You might find yourself sticking to your workout just because it is so handy. After all that you can take a slow walk and maybe catch a show at the Dubai Opera or shop at the Dubai Mall. Both spots are closer than you would think and it is nice being able to leave the car behind.

With all of this you have that comfort of modern design. Everything just fits together. The building feels new but never too flashy and the people you meet in the hallways often have a smile on their face. Security is good and it feels like everyone looks out for each other. Plus I noticed the building is especially clean even in the lifts and common areas which says something about the way it is run. Little things like that stand out once you have seen enough apartments in Downtown Dubai.
