I hear sometimes you catch the sound of music or see families hanging out by the pool and it actually feels like a small community even though you are in the middle of Downtown Dubai. If you have kids or just like seeing life around, the play area is bright and you will spot some neighbors' kids running around after school.

The real gift here is how close everything is. You could take a slow stroll over to the Dubai Mall if you fancy shopping or just eat at any of those places nearby. The Burj Khalifa is never far and every so often you might just look up from your balcony and catch a bit of the famous Dubai sunset right over it. There is the Dubai Opera when you want a night out or even just a change of scene. Plus the Dubai Canal is pretty close too and sometimes you will see joggers or folks with their dogs just unwinding along the water. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, and little cafes all within walking distance. Sometimes you see people biking in the evenings which gives the area a bit of warmth you might not expect right at the center of Dubai.

Even though this place is set up for families, I can picture it working just as well for a couple or even someone who likes having a space with a bit of room to breathe. The design is really efficient—you do not feel there is any wasted corner and every window seems to give you something different to look at.
