On weekends, I have seen kids biking along the side streets or friends meeting up at one of the corner bakeries. Plus, there is a boutique cinema and the Green Planet dome for something different. If you ever need a change of pace there is Hub Zero with all sorts of arcade games. Everything blends into one of those places where you don't really need your car unless you are in the mood to drive.

Living in Building 3A, you get a spot that feels modern and a bit relaxed at the same time. The finishes are top notch but the atmosphere does not try too hard. It just lets you settle in at your own speed. Whether you are working nearby or just want to make the most of Dubai's best walking district, there is an energy here that keeps things fresh but none of the stress you associate with the busier parts of town.
