The pool view adds to it and if you are into fitness or just like a morning swim the pool is just a few steps away. The gym here gets pretty decent morning light too which just makes workouts a bit easier. Some weekends you might not even need to leave City Walk at all. You can just have brunch at one of the spots downstairs grab some pastries from the bakery or even catch a film. Plus Downtown Dubai and Jumeirah are both just a quick drive if you want to change things up a bit.

Honestly this apartment just feels right for someone who wants both calm and city energy. It could suit a young professional a couple or even a small family. It does not feel too big or too small and everything is just set up so daily life feels simple.
