Al Reem 1, Al Reem, Arabian Ranches
Some homes have that calm feeling when you walk in and honestly this three bedroom villa in Al Reem 1 at Arabian Ranches does exactly that. I visited early one afternoon and just took a quiet minute in the living room. The sunlight was pouring through the window across the floor and even though there were birds outside making a bit of noise it felt peaceful. You can feel how this place is set up for real life. Nothing fussy but thoughtful touches everywhere.
So here's what you actually get with the property. The villa is one of the Type 3M layouts here in Al Reem which might sound standard but they just feel a little more open when you're walking around inside. There is nearly two thousand five hundred square feet built up and it sits on a plot that is just under two thousand eight hundred square feet so the outside has a bit of breathing room. The moment you step into the main area you notice the space really works well for both quiet time and days when friends or family are around. The living and dining sections flow together but at the same time you can still find a private corner to read a book or just zone out for a bit. If you are the kind of person who cooks for real you will like the kitchen. There is enough counter space to actually spread out groceries and it is the kind of place where you would want to try a new recipe. Appliances are well chosen nothing complicated but they do their job and there is that nice feeling that comes from having good storage. You do not have to pile things on top of each other. Just feels easy.
Upstairs is where you start to notice the little differences. The master bedroom just feels restful and you get direct access to your own balcony. I remember leaning on the railing for a while and watching the sunset over the gardens and honestly it is quiet. No big city noise here and sometimes you hear someone's dog down the road but nothing much else. There is a proper en suite so you never have to argue over bathroom time. Storage is built in and the wardrobes do not stick out awkwardly. The other bedrooms are not just an afterthought. If you have kids or visitors they will have a comfortable space. Still gets natural light and you can see the greenery from the windows.
Out back is probably my favorite bit. The garden has actually been looked after not just some patchy grass but real landscaping. Sit outside in the evening and you almost forget your phone for a while. There is room to set out a table or maybe build a little barbecue spot if you are into that. Plus the terrace gives you a nice place to relax with a coffee or chat with neighbors who might wander by on a walk. If you have cars there is covered parking for two so you do not have to deal with the midday heat and there is storage space for bike or gardening stuff.
Living in Al Reem means you get access to all the good stuff in Arabian Ranches. Pools if you swim or just want to sit in the sun. Walking trails you will see people out there in the evenings sometimes kids riding bikes sometimes couples with coffee just strolling. The parks are actually used by residents not just for show. Plus you are close to everything that makes daily life a bit smoother. There are good schools nearby some of the best in Dubai actually so you do not have to drive forever in the mornings. Groceries and shopping are reachable and even the coffee shop is never too far away.
I think what stands out most is how this villa feels welcoming but still gives you privacy and a bit of quiet. It is one of those spots where life just slows down a notch. Pictures and words only go so far though. If you want to know if it feels right come take a look for yourself. Any questions or if you want a relaxed tour let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we do our best to make your next move as smooth and comfortable as possible.
