The first time I stepped inside I actually paused in the entryway and looked around for a bit. It did not feel like one of those show homes where you are afraid to touch things. The closets are bigger than you think and you could probably fit in all your clothes and still have space for the luggage. Sometimes with townhouses it feels like someone forgot that families grow but here the layout just makes sense.

If you take a look outside you get this view over the community rather than staring into another house which makes it feel more private and open. Amaranta inside Villanova really is built with families and comfort in mind. Walkways wind through the neighbourhood and I have seen kids biking in the evenings or people just strolling after dinner. The parks are close and a swimming pool is not far so weekends feel easy if you do not want to drive anywhere. It stays pretty peaceful here so you can sit out with a book or hear the birds in the mornings. Yet you are not cut off. Emirates Road is right there and honestly downtown Dubai feels much closer than you would imagine. It is a quick drive when you need to be in the center for work or something special.

One thing I have noticed is people end up staying in Villanova because daily life just settles into a routine here. The shops are a short trip away. There always seems to be a coffee shop open nearby and people are actually out and about instead of everyone disappearing indoors.
