2 Bedroom Apartment in The Fairways, The Views

There is a certain calm you feel when you open the door here. Maybe it is the quiet street or the view of green fairways stretching all the way out past the balcony. This is a two bedroom apartment in The Fairways West Tower and honestly it just feels peaceful. If you like mornings that start with sunlight through big windows and the first thing you see is the fairway gently waking up then this place has that in spades.

The Fairways is part of The Views which is one of those older communities in Dubai where things seem to move a bit slower. Friendly faces at the coffee shop. People actually walk their dogs in the evening. The Community Centre is just a few minutes' stroll so shops and little eateries are always at hand but you never feel crowded. I walked over for a sandwich after seeing the place and took the long way back along the water. People wave here. Sometimes folks even know your name.

Inside, the apartment itself has just the kind of space that does not feel too big or too small. There is a semi closed kitchen right as you enter which I think works if you actually like to cook rather than just heat up leftovers. There is an open breakfast bar and the dining spot is close enough that everyone can still chat while you are at the stove. I leaned against the counter for a minute and you can see right out through the living area to that big balcony. On a sunny afternoon this would be an easy spot to just slow down for a bit.

The living room is not too fussy and that helps. You can put your feet up and not worry about anything. When you step outside onto the balcony, honestly, it is hard not to just stop and look for a while. The view across the golf course is so wide and green. Palms sway and you catch snippets of golfers in the distance. Sometimes you might even hear a bird instead of traffic. I think it would be nearly impossible to have a bad day with a view like this.

The bedrooms both have good light. The main one has a walk in closet that actually holds more than just two jackets. The bathroom is right there and feels private. The second bedroom is just across the way and there is a separate bathroom just outside the door so it could work for guests or a little one or even a study if you need it. I peeked in the built in wardrobes too and they are a decent size. There is extra storage space at the entrance by the way which is always handy for shoes or luggage or golf clubs if you have them.

The Fairways West Tower itself feels secure and is well kept. Three towers together North East and West but each has its own feel. The building has a calm lobby and the pool is pretty relaxing. There is a little gym too if you are into that. Plus with Emirates Golf Course and The Montgomerie so close by you get that country club feeling without having to drive anywhere far.

What is pretty great about living here in The Views is how easy it is to just settle into a daily rhythm. You know how sometimes you feel anonymous in the bigger communities not here. There is actually a sense of home. Even on a regular Wednesday you might see someone walking their kids home from school or just having a coffee with a friend. It makes things easy in the best kind of way.
