Sometimes a place just feels open and relaxed even before you figure out exactly why. That is how it went when I stepped into this two bedroom apartment at Shoreline Apartments right on Palm Jumeirah. There is this instant calm from all the sunlight that just pours in. It gets especially nice by the terrace and I just leaned for a bit watching the park outside and the sky just above the treetops. The apartment has a kind of energy that is easy to settle into.

It is not often you get a big terrace like this. You could really spend a whole evening out here and just listen to the breeze or even catch up with friends over coffee. The terrace faces Al Ittihad Park and that actually matters more than I expected. It is a good view for morning or dusk and sometimes you can hear the birds as people walk their dogs below, just daily life gently humming along.

West Palm Beach also has this relaxed vibe at sunset if you feel like a stroll after work. Grocery stores are not far, and honestly most of the things you need day to day are right here or just around the corner.

Parking here is easy. No traffic stress. Getting to the city or Marina is smooth from Palm Jumeirah and if you just want to stay put, there is something pretty special about being close to both beach and park.
