Al Ittihad Park is almost your backyard and you will probably end up strolling there more than you think. The walking track is quietest early in the morning and you will honestly see a few regulars with their dogs or just catching up over coffee.

Everything about this area feels easy. Atlantis and a few of Dubai's five star hotels are just a quick drive away if you want a nice dinner out or are meeting friends from other parts of the city. Fitness centers are modern and clean plus swimming pools are always taken care of so you actually want to use them.
