Seventh Heaven, Al Barari
Some places actually make you slow down a bit the minute you walk in. I got that feeling at this two bedroom apartment in Seventh Heaven, Al Barari. Honestly, I just stood there by the big sliding doors for a while, looking out at all the green and catching a glimpse of the water below. You can tell right from the start that this is not your typical Dubai apartment. There is this calm around here, almost like stepping into a quiet oasis that somehow sits right in the heart of the city.
Walking through, you'll see how everything just feels wider. The living space really does seem to stretch out, no fuss or awkward corners, and the way the big glass doors open up onto the terrace makes the whole place feel bright and breezy. I can easily imagine coffee out there in the morning, or maybe a lazy brunch while you watch the birds hopping along the trees nearby. That indoor outdoor feeling is rare in Dubai, but it is front and center here. You barely notice the line between the living area and the terrace, it just flows like that.
You will also notice the kitchen. It is real, not just for show. Miele appliances everywhere, and it feels ready for someone who actually likes to cook. You can set up dinner for friends without feeling cramped. Sometimes I open the cupboards just to see the quality, and yes, it is all sturdy and not noisy when you shut them. It makes a difference. Both bedrooms are ensuite. I always peek at the closets and bathrooms just to see how they feel. Plenty of storage, good lighting, nothing too fussy. With the big windows you get all that soft daylight. The whole mood in the bedrooms is kind of peaceful, actually.
It is important to mention that this home is not furnished, which is a good thing if you have your own style or favorites you want to bring in. The hard work is done but you get to add the personal side. And since it is set mid floor, you get these really steady open views without being way up high or too close to the ground. Sometimes you hear a bit of water running in the distance and, from the terrace, even just catch a bit of wind moving through the trees. No city car noise, mostly birds.
The whole Seventh Heaven building fits that same feeling. You come through the lobby and it never feels crowded or loud. Security does their job but with a smile. And walking around Al Barari is easy, with all the little walking paths and green patches that make it feel more like a neighborhood than most places in Dubai. You might see kids riding bikes in the evenings, or families taking their time at the coffee shop below. Al Barari really is known as Dubai's greenest and most serene community. Every time I visit, it is just calm. You are surrounded by nature but still just about twenty minutes from Dubai Marina or Downtown. School runs and dinner out are never a hassle.
There are fifty five retail outlets close by, so picking up groceries or stopping for breakfast never takes much planning. I even saw someone coming back with fresh flowers the last time I was there and thought, that is the kind of place this is. Evenings get super quiet. Sometimes, you forget about your phone out here. If you are after luxury apartment living but need a bit of space and peace built in, this spot at Seventh Heaven, Al Barari is worth looking at.
The only way you'll know for sure if it feels right is to see it in person. Reach out if you want to walk through, or just have a chat about what it is like to live here. At LuxuryProperty.com, we keep things comfortable and real for you, every step of the way.
