There's parking down below by the way and entrances feel private and safe. Security is quietly managed and the lift lobby always smells a little like fresh flowers from the landscaping outside.

The main vibe here is comfort without trying too hard. You could work from home easily or just escape the city's fast pace and nobody would bother you unless you want them to. And if you need to go out for a bit Dubai's main roads are never much of a hassle plus Downtown and the airport are within easy reach for work or trips.
