Sometimes in the evening you see a couple of families walking with kids or just some folks catching the sunset and it does feel peaceful and safe even after dark.

Palm Jumeirah as a whole is lively, lots of places to eat or grab a coffee whenever you want a bit of social buzz. Your spot here, though, is tucked away enough that you keep the peace when you need it. Atlantis, Zabeel Saray, and Kempinski are all close if you are thinking about evenings out or brunches. Even crossing over to the mainland is fast so you never really feel isolated.

Honestly, I get why someone would want to call this apartment home. Or maybe keep it for weekends or holidays just for yourself.
