Princess Tower, Dubai Marina
Some homes seem to slow you down the minute you step inside. This two bedroom apartment at Princess Tower in Dubai Marina has that effect. I walked in and before even noticing the views or the finishes, I just felt a bit lighter somehow. It probably helps that you are right up on a higher floor, so the whole space opens up to these sweeping views. If you look out from the living room or even just pause by the window with a cup of coffee, you get a view over the Golf Club and further out, the towers and water that make Dubai Marina such a special spot. It honestly feels like you are floating above the city a little, and it is hard not to just stand there for a second and watch all the movement below.
Inside, the layout actually feels a bit surprising because the open plan living area flows straight out to a balcony that is definitely larger than usual. I remember leaning on the railing for a while just watching the city change color as the sun went down. There is space to actually sit out here, maybe bring out a little table and have breakfast, or just start your mornings with some peace before heading off to the Marina Walk. Nights can be really lovely too, you get a gentle breeze and sometimes you even hear some music drifting up from the cafes down below.
Back inside, the kitchen feels practical, like you could easily settle in if you actually like to cook. There is lots of cabinet space, nothing over the top, just a smart setup for everyday living. I peeked inside the storage too, and it would easily fit a week's shop or even all that extra cookware you never seem to find a place for. If you want to invite friends over, the kitchen faces out to the living area so it never feels cut off. And with the view following you almost everywhere, it is easy to just wander in and out between the balcony and the living space.
Upstairs on the second floor is where you will find both bedrooms and I have to say, the feeling of light up here is something I genuinely liked. Both bedrooms are big, with enough space that you do not find yourself bumping into things. The master bedroom especially caught my attention because it gets that same open Dubai Marina view as the main living area. When I was here, the sun came through the windows in a way that just made the whole place feel warm and welcoming, not harsh at all. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, so if you have a guest or family over, morning routines are never rushed. There is plenty of wardrobe space too, so you are not stuck living out of a suitcase or needing extra furniture.
One little detail I noticed is that both bedrooms share access to a second balcony upstairs and the connection between the indoors and outdoors just happens naturally. I would imagine spending a lazy evening out there with a book, or just catching the night air before going to sleep. The air always feels fresh a bit higher up, and you actually hear less noise from below so it is easy to forget you are right in the middle of Dubai Marina.
The location really works for everyday life. The grocery store is never far and it is easy to pop downstairs, grab a coffee or just join the early morning joggers or those evening dog walkers near the water. Princess Tower itself is well maintained and like most places in Dubai Marina, you always see a few people heading to the gym or the pool. It feels like a real community, especially on the weekends when everyone seems to be winding down together.
Honestly, if what you are looking for is a comfortable apartment that feels effortless day to day but still gives you those Dubai Marina views, this place is worth a look. The landlord is flexible about payments and it is ready when you are. But none of this really matters unless you come see it in person. The vibe, the light, the flow from room to balcony, you just have to feel for yourself. If you want to ask anything or even have a tour, reach out anytime.
