Fitness facilities are right nearby and of course the park is more than just a patch of grass outside your window. People use it. I have seen kids on bikes and people having early morning stretches. It's a little peaceful pocket in the city.

Being in Dubai Hills Estate you always feel like you have options. The big Dubai Hills Mall is not far so it is easy to pop over for shopping or some food without thinking twice. Schools are also nearby which takes a lot of the stress out for families. You see people out walking in the evenings or sitting at cafes with friends after work. The whole area is planned around making everyday life a little easier and honestly it works.

So you still get that untouched new build feeling but you do not have to wait ages to move in or deal with the unknowns. You can just step in and make it your own.
