Park Heights 1, Park Heights, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just make you feel like you can breathe. This is one of those. When I walked into this two bedroom apartment in Mulberry at Park Heights in Dubai Hills Estate, I actually wanted to slow down for a minute and just look at the sky through the floor to ceiling windows. The view glides over Dubai Hills Mall right off into the green curve of Dubai Hills Park. You get a real sense of space here, and honestly sometimes all you want is to sit back with a tea and just watch things happening outside.
The apartment feels like it was set up for actual living. Not like a show home, but like somewhere you would drop your shopping bags and start making dinner. That kitchen is modern but practical, with countertops where you can imagine setting down bowls or just leaning in to talk while someone stirs a pot. When the sun moves across, light spills right into the living room and the air just feels brighter, even a bit softer. You notice things like that when you stand here for a while.
Now the layout itself really works, especially if you need room to move or plan to work from home at least sometimes. There is a large space that opens from the front door, straight through where you could host friends or just crash out in the evenings. The dining area is close enough to the kitchen you could actually call across while making coffee in the morning. It does not feel cramped at all. The master bedroom is more private, tucked away from the main noise of the apartment, and it comes with its own balcony so you can step out to catch a few early minutes of sunrise. You get that bonus of a walk-in wardrobe too which always feels good for storage or if you do not like hunting for your gym gear every morning.
The second bedroom works for guests or a study, or even if you have a young child. I stood there and thought, this could easily be a work space with some books or just keep it simple as a comfortable spare room. The bathrooms have that clean, high quality feel and there is enough space where it does not get awkward moving around.
Living in Mulberry at Park Heights is mostly about comfort, but also routine. The pool is right outside and I noticed people actually use it for morning laps or just hanging out after work. The play area is clean and it is the sort of spot kids end up making friends after school. There is a lounge downstairs where you sometimes see people on laptops but also families just winding down on the weekends. And whenever I come here, I always notice how easy it is to get to Dubai Hills Mall. You could walk there if you feel like stretching your legs or just need a quick coffee run. The golf course is nearby as well, so if you love playing or even just walking around nice green spaces, it is a plus.
The whole Dubai Hills Estate community is busy, but not loud. Sometimes you hear birds more than traffic, which is saying something in Dubai. You can find pretty much everything within a short drive, from good schools to top hospitals, and the park makes the place feel a lot more relaxed. In the evening, it is common to see families walking with strollers, kids racing on bikes, even couples just having an evening chat by the paths.
This apartment is unfurnished, so you really get to make it your own. Maybe keep it simple, maybe bring in a rug or fill it with books. Whatever fits you best. And honestly, that makes it more inviting.
If you are thinking about Dubai Hills Estate and want a place that actually feels lived in, not just glossy, this one is worth seeing. Sometimes the details make all the difference and the only way to know is to see it in person. If you are curious or want to ask anything, just reach out any time.
